Wendell Village Apartments

Finley Design crafted a cost-effective and aesthetically pleasing design for Edinburgh Development’s Wendell Village apartment complex in the Triangle area of North Carolina. Creative elements such as contemporary & farmhouse architectural features, two-dimensional facades with accent trim, multicolored banding of cementitious panels and asymmetrical gables delivered an urban presence that appealed to local jurisdiction and public alike. The team maximized density while staying mindful of budget constraints, creating a pedestrian scaled neighborhood with desirable amenities such as pool facilities, outdoor fitness spots and dog parks. This project sets a new standard for multifamily design in Wendell.
