Building U at Mosaic at Chatham Park is a testament to our commitment to high-quality design solutions and flexibility. Originally planned as a four-story building with two levels of apartments over office and retail, changes in the client’s direction evolved to focus only on office over retail.
We used simple structural framing and creative architectural features that amplified the visual identity and brand, while activating the retail streetscape with colorful sidewalks and decorative street lamps. Lighting was an integral part of our design process, illuminating surfaces of the façade with up-and-down lighting as well as Tivoli lighting to create a warm atmosphere during evening hours. The successful execution of Building U shows our dedication to cost-effective solutions without sacrificing quality or delaying progress.
