Peak City Lofts is a modern Mixed Use building with 99,000 square feet of retail and residential space in downtown Apex, NC. The exterior façade of the five story building features an industrial aesthetic, with red, charcoal and gray bricks along with stucco accents.
We also included exterior projecting balconies to maximize the area without increasing the square footage of the building. The five story building includes a one story retail podium with four stories of apartments above. To satisfy town requirements, we selected a sophisticated color palette and exterior façade that would fit into the existing downtown context and showcase its positive contribution to the community.
