Kerry is our founder and principal architect. He personally oversees each project, working directly with clients with proactive and personal engagement. He’s a chameleon with design, focusing on creative solutions for a variety of styles and budgets. He leads his team to ensure the highest level of professional service.

Timothy is all about serving Finley Design clients, maintaining design intent, and keeping projects on-track. He has broad experience in residential and commercial architecture including healthcare, government, and education, but loves the fun dynamics of retail.

Work Passion: “I was always interested in building facades and tried to understand how they work. It’s really a joy to see a building concept on paper come to fruition.”

Enjoys: Hiking, cycling, movies and tv shows.

Jason has a passion for solving your architectural challenges. He’s known on the team for being a great project architect and a true professional. Plus he’s super friendly to clients - there’s simply no one Jason can’t get along with. He enjoys the challenge of a wide variety of projects ranging from small retail centers to complex mixed-use town centers.

Work passion: “I have always loved creating and solving problems. From a very early age I studied floor plan books and drew up my own house designs. Most days doing my job doesn’t even feel like work.”

Enjoys: Beach and camping.

Randy has the depth of knowledge you need for a successful multi-family project. He embraces the details of building codes while rockin’ out to classic rock in the office. He’s about the hardest worker you’ll ever meet.

Steve is the CAD guy who loves creating AutoCAD solutions for the entire team. He enjoys production and brings life and energy into the office.

Kate enjoys approaching each project as a puzzle and finding efficient and aesthetic designs that satisfy your needs. Her approach for any project is to reduce complex problems down to a refined solution and then build layers of intrigue through meticulous refinement of details.

Work Passion: “I have known I wanted to be an architect since I was 10 years old. I like that architecture can solve problems for people in a tangible and meaningful way. Design done well can be life-changing.”

John Paul is the most committed project manager you’re ever going to meet. He conducts research on each project to fully understand your needs and deliver stellar performance. With 36 years in the industry, John Paul is a respected architectural veteran and mentor for the entire team.

Work Passion: “I love it when clients appreciate my project management efforts; they not only become a repeat client but a genuine colleague and also a life time friend. What more can you ask for?”

Roman is a technical guru and everyday learner. He started working while he was a student at Polytechnic National University in Lviv, Ukraine in 2005. He is always passionate to learn new skills and achieve new goals. His next big challenge is to become a licensed architect.
Work passion: “Every architectural project has numerous design and technical variables which must be analyzed properly for successful completion. I always liked to solve complex long-term tasks and architecture gives me that opportunity.”

Andrea takes all the needs and expectations for your space and fits them together in an exciting, efficient design with incredible attention to detail. For her, design is like working an enjoyable puzzle.
