The project goal was to design a distinctive mixed-use development with a unique brand.

At Taylor Road, the design features rhythmic vertical facades with an urban feel. The 60,000 sf project includes a mix of retail, restaurant, office, and and health care uses. The architecture establishes a unique brand for the development located across from Chesapeake Square Mall in Chesapeake, VA.
