The first phase of the project will reposition the 250,000 sf. 4 story annex building surrounding the base of the tower into a dynamic Mixed Use destination that will be a catalyst for the renewal of downtown Buffalo. Glass tower entrances along with a new retail wing, covered courtyard, and renovated facades establish an exciting and energetic environment that will transform the project, which encompasses a city block in downtown Buffalo. Finley Design is the architect for the shell, exterior, and outdoor spaces, while Antunovich Associates will provide the interior design.
