Finley Design was approached by the client to generate a redevelopment concept for the existing anchor space into a vibrant outdoor restaurant and fashion district.

The design carves outdoor space from the original anchor building and extends the outdoor mall concourse into a large event plaza surrounded by boutiques and outdoor dining.
