Located on a prominent urban site, this Art & Entertainment Block incorporates a performing arts theater, 125 apartments, classrooms for culture and the arts, along with shops and restaurants. The project includes below-grade parking and an integral above-grade parking deck. Mixed-use functions each operate with carefully planned vertical circulation.
