Meet the Finley Design Team
Having practiced in both Europe and the USA, Kerry has learned that a talented, diverse team with unique perspectives and a strong culture, naturally leads to passionate work, successful projects, and satisfied clients. For him, great design starts with one fundamental principle: listening.
"I believe you always start by listening to the client. That critical input, fused with constant research and creative exploration, results in dynamic yet economical designs. I always like to keep things positive and make the process enjoyable for the entire team." – Kerry
For Kerry, the mission is simple: "Deliver the vision." He listens, visualizes in 3D, and designs with lightning speed, ensuring every project comes to life seamlessly. To operate at this level, he stays fueled by life’s simplest yet most rewarding pleasures—cool music, gourmet food, great wine, and a good time.

Known as the team’s knowledge warehouse, Steven is the go-to expert for code research, building detailing, and mechanical, electrical, and fire safety planning. Always eager to share his expertise, he’s quick to sketch out solutions or draw from his extensive project experience. His fascination with construction intricacies fuels his passion for problem-solving, whether for clients, colleagues, or the built environment itself.
A firm believer in tackling complex problems with simple solutions, Steven carries that mindset into his hobbies and everyday life. Whether cooking a new dish, hiking a challenging trail, or playing the harmonica, he embraces complexity, creativity, and precision approaching each with the same thoughtful attention to detail he brings to his work.
