Kerry is our founder and principal architect. He personally oversees each project, working directly with clients with proactive and personal engagement. He’s a chameleon with design, focusing on creative solutions for a variety of styles and budgets. He leads his team to ensure the highest level of professional service.

Work Passion: “I believe you always start with listening to the client. That critical input, fused with constant research and creative exploration, results in dynamic yet economical designs. I always like to keep things positive and make the process enjoyable for the entire team.”

Timothy is all about serving Finley Design clients, maintaining design intent, and keeping projects on-track. He has broad experience in residential and commercial architecture including healthcare, government, and education, but loves the fun dynamics of retail.

Work Passion: “I was always interested in building facades and tried to understand how they work. It’s really a joy to see a building concept on paper come to fruition.”

Architectural Superpowers: CAD genius. Extensive knowledge of code. Restaurant design.

Enjoys: Hiking, cycling, movies and tv shows.

Steven appreciates the importance of communicating design concepts and managing projects well. He loves watching a concept move from initial sketch to completed project.

Work Passion: “If buildings were books, I’d judge them by their covers. Understanding facades and how they work is my passion.”

Enjoys: Cooking, Hiking and Playing the Harmonica. But not all at the same time.

Cheryl is the perfect executive support for Finley Design. She’s had an interest in architecture and design since her teens and absolutely loves working with the architectural team at Finley Design.

Work Passion: “I love numbers, administration management, and being able to help and support such an amazing, talented team. I also love that everyone here is so organized, dedicated, and glad to be here.”

Kate enjoys approaching each project as a puzzle and finding efficient and aesthetic designs that satisfy your needs. Her approach for any project is to reduce complex problems down to a refined solution and then build layers of intrigue through meticulous refinement of details.

Work Passion: “I have known I wanted to be an architect since I was 10 years old. I like that architecture can solve problems for people in a tangible and meaningful way. Design done well can be life-changing.”

Enjoys: Traveling, watching movies, and hiking local trails.

Andrea takes all the needs and expectations for your space and fits them together in an exciting, efficient design with incredible attention to detail. For her, design is like working an enjoyable puzzle.
Work Passion: “I love the organization of space and creating useful environments that have positive effects on the moods and lives of those who use them.”

Roman is a technical guru and everyday learner. He started working while he was a student at Polytechnic National University in Lviv, Ukraine in 2005. He is always passionate to learn new skills and achieve new goals. His next big challenge is to become a licensed architect.
Work passion: “Every architectural project has numerous design and technical variables which must be analyzed properly for successful completion. I always liked to solve complex long-term tasks and architecture gives me that opportunity.”

Alex is an experienced architect bringing 11 years of experience to the table. He has worked for various offices worldwide, in Portugal, Japan, China, Myanmar, Australia, Singapore and the US. His expertise includes Mixed Use building development, designing and detailing projects, and construction management in both the public and private sectors.

Work Passion: "I'm passionate about architecture because it allows me to use my creativity and imagination to explore the world from a different perspective. Through it, I find fulfillment in life while being able to bring something unique and beautiful into this world".

Jack believes architecture is a problem-solving approach that creates something meaningful for a client's needs through design solutions.

Work Passion: “I am interested in the studies of how impactful architectural design can be on psychological health, and what best practices can be implemented into everyday design.”

Inge is an experienced architect with a diverse background in various project types, including new construction, renovations, adaptive reuse, and interventions in historic districts. With her breadth of experience, she brings a unique perspective to every project at Finley Design.

Work Passion: “I love imagining, creating and transforming spaces and I love the drawing process to achieve solutions that speak about synthesis, beauty, dialogue.”

Randy has the depth of knowledge you need for a successful multi-family project. He embraces the details of building codes while rockin’ out to classic rock in the office. He’s about the hardest worker you’ll ever meet.

Steve is the CAD guy who loves creating AutoCAD solutions for the entire team. He enjoys production and brings life and energy into the office.
